Every order comes with a tracking number, sent to you by email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
Parcels that are refused or left unclaimed will be cancelled and are not eligible for a refund.
Once the courier confirms delivery, responsibility for the parcel passes to the recipient.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays or customs inspections.
