By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. 1. ABOUT US illsis is a women's fashion boutique based in Vientiane, Laos. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to illsis, and "you" refers to anyone who visits our website or buys from us. 2. ELIGIBILITY By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. 3. PRODUCTS & COLOURS We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly from piece to piece. Please review the product details and size guide carefully before placing your order. 4. PRICING & PAYMENT All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and do not include any import duties or taxes charged by your country. Prices may change at any time without notice. Payment must be completed in full at checkout before your order is processed. 5. ORDERS After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, if a pricing error has occurred, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, you will receive a full refund. 6. AVAILABILITY Many of our pieces are available in limited quantities. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that an item will remain in stock. 7. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at illsis.stu@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help before your order ships. 8. SHIPPING Processing times, delivery times, tracking, duties and taxes, and delivery responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. 9. EXCHANGES & REFUNDS All sales are final. Exchanges are available only under the conditions set out in our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms. 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and the illsis name, belongs to illsis or its content partners. It may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission. 11. USE OF OUR WEBSITE You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable or interfere with the website or its users. 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, illsis is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. 13. PRIVACY Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 14.
